The one and only mix that uses Super Seed Flour
What the heck is Super Seed Flour? Glad you asked. It is our very own proprietary blend of wonderful nutritiousness. We make it with organic sunflower seeds, organic hemp seeds and organic cassava flour, which means it is Gluten Free and Grain Free, nut free, pretty much the most freedom you can get in any mix! Not only that, this combination provides a powerhouse of benefits to support your health such as prebiotic fiber for gut health, improved insulin sensitivity, essential Omega Three fatty acids, and a rich source of naturally occurring vitamins and minerals that help boost your immune system.
The Super Seed Flour by itself is a great source of protein, but to really give it a boost, we added a healthy dose of organic pea protein isolate from yellow peas grown right here in the good old USA! Each slice of pizza crust alone delivers 8 grams of protein. You know what else… the combination of peas, sunflower seeds and hemp seeds provides all of the essential amino acids needed to make this dough a complete protein source, even before you add toppings!
There’s only 11 simple ingredients
All of the ingredients in the mix are real food ingredients, not a bunch of fake over-manufactured nonsense. We’ve really thought of everything. Besides the Super Seed Flour and Pea Protein, the mix is already lightly seasoned with a blend of organic spices including sea salt, oregano, basil, thyme and garlic.
Super Seed Flour (Organic Cassava Flour, Organic Sunflower Seed Flower, Organic Hemp Seed Flour), Organic non-GMO Pea Protein, Baking Powder (Sodium Acid Phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Non-GMO Cornstarch, Monocalcium Phosphate), Sea Salt, Xanthan Gum, Organic Garlic Powder, Organic Basil, Organic Oregano, Organic Thyme.
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a a 12 cavity muffin tin. In large bowl, mix together 2 eggs, 6 tablespoons of oil and 1-1/2 cups of water. Mix until well blended. Add the entire bag of mix and stir it into the liquid until it becomes a smooth batter. Add 1 cup of pre-cooked ground Italian turkey sausage and 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese and fold into the batter until evenly mixed. Fill each muffin cavity approximately 2/3 to 3/4 full. Cook for approximately 15 minutes. Pull out the muffins and place on hot pads. Add approximately 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce to the top of each muffin. Cook for approximately for another 15 to 20 minutes or until a toothpick in the center of one of the muffins pulls out clean.
