We make it with organic sunflower seeds, organic hemp seeds and organic cassava flour, which means it is Gluten Free and Grain Free, nut free, pretty much the most freedom you can get in any mix! Not only that, this combination provides a powerhouse of benefits to support your health such as prebiotic fiber for gut health, improved insulin sensitivity, essential Omega Three fatty acids, and a rich source of naturally occurring vitamins and minerals that help boost your immune system.

What makes a perfect Blondie? A smooth caramely-mapley flavor is a good start. The ideal texture would be a nice lightly crisp outside and moist chewy inside. Some added white chocolate chunks for some extra rich creaminess would also be a nice touch. Well that pretty much describes our Blondies. Now consider that it has HALF THE SUGAR of traditional mixes, and it’s no wonder that Blonds have more fun!

All of the ingredients in our Platinum Blondies are real food ingredients, not a bunch of fake over-manufactured nonsense. Besides our organic Super Seed Flour Blend, we use an all-natural caramel flavor and maple extract powder to give it that smooth caramel taste. We also use real non-GMO white chocolate wafers made from fair trade cocoa butter to deliver a rich creamy texture in every bite. Delicious nutritional density is what these blondies are all about, meaning that now you can indulge with out really being indulgent.
Super Seed Flour (Organic Sunflower Seeds, Organic Hemp Seeds, Organic Cassava Flour), Organic Cane Sugar, Fair Trade White Chocolate Chunks (Cane sugar, cocoa butter, full cream milk, lactose, sunflower lecithin, vanilla beans), Natural Flavor, Sea Salt, Baking Powder (Sodium Acid Phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Non-GMO Cornstarch, Monocalcium Phosphate), Xanthan Gum.
Banana Bread Blondies
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease an 8 or 9 inch square baking pan. Substitute the required 1/4 cup of water or milk with 1/3 cup of ripe mashed banana. In large bowl, mix together one egg, 1/2 cup of oil and mashed banana until well blended. Add the dry Blondie mix and mix well until it becomes a smooth batter. Add the batter to the baking pan. Sprinkle the top of the batter with 1 tablespoon of crushed walnuts. Cook for approximately 30 minutes or until a toothpick in the center pulls out clean.
